These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MyArtPDF, including the website, the macOS application, and any related downloads, updates or license activation features.

By accessing the MyArtPDF website, downloading the application, activating a license, or using MyArtPDF, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use MyArtPDF.
3. Software license
Subject to these terms, MyArtPDF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for your personal or professional artistic practice.
This license allows you to install and use MyArtPDF only in accordance with the license you purchased or received.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software except where expressly allowed by law.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Use stolen, shared, forged or unauthorized license keys.
- Use MyArtPDF in a way that harms the software, the website, or other users.
4. Free and Pro versions
MyArtPDF may be offered in different versions, including free and paid versions. Features may vary depending on the version you use.
Paid features are unlocked only after a valid purchase or valid license activation.

Some versions of MyArtPDF Pro may require a one-time or occasional license validation in order to activate paid features and prevent abuse.
During license activation, MyArtPDF may process limited technical information such as:
- License key or purchase identifier.
- Application version.
- Basic device information required for license validation.
License activation does not transfer your portfolio content, artworks, texts or exported documents. For more information, please read the Privacy Policy.
6. Payments, taxes and refunds
If you purchase MyArtPDF Pro through a third-party payment provider, that provider is responsible for processing the transaction, collecting applicable taxes, and issuing payment records.
Prices may change over time, but the price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies to your order.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the terms of the payment platform used for the purchase, unless local law provides otherwise.
7. Updates and changes
MyArtPDF may be updated, improved, modified or discontinued at any time. Updates may add, remove or change features.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain compatibility with current macOS versions, no guarantee is made that MyArtPDF will remain compatible with every device, operating system version or third-party service.
8. Local-first data and backups
MyArtPDF is designed as a local-first tool. Your portfolio data is primarily stored on your own device.
You are responsible for your own backups, exports and safe storage of your files, including any
.myartpdf export files or exported PDFs.
MyArtPDF is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, user error, deleted files, corrupted storage, unsupported modifications, or third-party system issues.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MyArtPDF:
- For unlawful purposes.
- To distribute malware or harmful code.
- To infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- To interfere with the website, licensing infrastructure, or software distribution systems.
10. Intellectual property
MyArtPDF, including its name, branding, software, design elements, text, website content and related assets, is protected by intellectual property law.
These terms do not transfer ownership of MyArtPDF or any of its intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of the content you create with MyArtPDF, including your texts, artworks, metadata and exported documents.

The MyArtPDF website or app may link to third-party services such as payment providers, email applications or external websites. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
MyArtPDF is not responsible for third-party services, third-party content, or third-party outages.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
MyArtPDF is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyArtPDF makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyArtPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, income, profits, reputation or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, MyArtPDF.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the amount you paid for MyArtPDF in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination
These terms remain in effect for as long as you use MyArtPDF.
The license granted to you may be suspended or terminated if you breach these terms, including in cases of fraudulent or abusive license use.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country of residence of the publisher, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
16. Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated occasionally as MyArtPDF evolves. When that happens, the “last updated” date will be changed.
